1.小白菜洗凈,入沸水中快速焯燙下后撈出,再沖涼水瀝干,然后切段兒;Y2O味蕾網(wǎng)

2.豆腐切成塊,入沸水中煮一小會兒以定型并去除豆腥味,撈出瀝干;Y2O味蕾網(wǎng)
